Crazy Kid!

Here are some fun pictures of our growing kid!

He is learning to scream at me now. Every time I do something he doesn't like, or if he wants to get my attention he screams. And it is loud and forceful. How do you stop that?

Okay, so two things...he looks so much like you that it makes me get teary-eyed...and I'm bawling because I miss you so much. Looking at all your pictures makes me so happy for you and makes me miss you even more. I love it!!!

He's learned that if he screams you act. So now he know that if he wants you to jump he screams. I really don't know how you're going to stop it. He's already got you trained. Sorry this doen't help much, but kids are very smart that way.

Cute pictures! Our ten year old still does it to Trace. All I can say is try to take away his reward for doing it.

I have found that doing whatever the child wants whenever he wants it done is very effective, but only if you're a granny and get to go home later.
Someone once told me "Before I was a mom I had five theories about rising children then I had 5 children, now I have no theories."
As I watch parents, it seems to me the best way to stop it is to be firm and not give in to it. Far easier said than done. Good luck. Just love him. What a cutie!!!
